Are aliens invading?

No need to call the authorities! UFO in quilting stands for Un Finished Object. Meaning, a quilt that was started some time ago, but was never all the way completed. It may need repairs, it may need quilting. It needs some TLC to be considered all the way finished and useable.
Where do they come from?

A UFO may be a "find" from an estate sale or thrift store. A UFO may be a quilt that has been in your family generations. You may have inherited and would like to finish for posterity.

You've been busy! UFOs can evolve from quilters that make their own quilts and often have several in the works at various stages of completion. The ebb and flow of creative energy and ordinary life pressures may make it challenging to allocate the time needed to get all works-in-progress all the way finished. We can help.
How do you help?

First we don't judge. We'll work with you at the area in which you need help. We will listen and make suggestions. We can do hand repairs, add a border, add a back, and quilt your UFO. We can also add the binding if you don't want to do that yourself.
How much does it cost?

If you are not sure what is needed, we'll conduct a thorough evaluation and provide a written estimate to help you make a decision on whether or not to have us finish it for you. $75 is needed for the estimate. Quotes have ranged from $300 to $1000. If hand repairs are needed, they are not inexpensive. We'll let you know if there is a machine sewing option which may be less. If you are a quilter, have made your own quilt top, and know what you need, we will provide an estimate just for the part that you need help with, such as hand binding or adding a border. We will provide a written estimate at time of drop off or upon receiving your quilt in the mail.
Do we need to call the Pentagon?

Oh no! (only if they land!) Whether you've inherited a quilt, come across a rare find at an estate sale, or make your own quilts we can help get it done. For these UFOs there's no need to call the authorities! Call us ! 678-324-8084
