How it works

  • 1. We do everything. We start with design.

    We focus on you. What is your vision of your dream quilt? How you want it to look? Colorful or conservative? Symmetrical? Free form, less structure? Simple? Detailed? What will you be happy with? Take some time to browse the Styles and Portfolio and then make a note of the top 2 looks that resonate with you. We can also work from your picture, sketch, or notes. Reach out if you need help. Once you've narrowed it down, we're ready to create a design with your particular vision in mind.

  • 2. We need to know what you have.

    An important part of the design is color and also how many and what pieces you would like to include. We start from scratch to come up with a look for you based on what you like. If you need a target size, we start with that. If you don't your design will be based on the best measurement of the items included. Overall size can vary widely depending upon quantity; but, we'll work with and include everything that you want to include. It's your quilt and it needs to end up exactly how you want it to.

  • 3. We need to know what you want.

    We can create and produce your project any way that you desire so we need a good understanding of your requirements and what you like. For a ballpark estimate, we'll start with a look that you see that you like that works with what you have. There is no online order form so a phone call or email works when you're ready. If you don't have a picture and are not sure what direction to go we're happy to make some suggestions once we can lay hands on your items. A deposit of half of the ballpark cost is then needed to move forward and start work. For mail in orders $300 is the minimum deposit needed. Once we receive your items in the mail we will get in touch with you to confirm your requirements and start the design work. The deposit covers initial work needed to come up with a design for your specific items. Professional support and advice is always included. The deposit is non-refundable but is applied toward your finished masterpiece. Once you approve the design we will provide a refined detailed estimate for your approval. You will be able to follow along throughout the creation via your own personal project page and stay informed every step of the way. You will have many opportunities to make comments remotely and submit feedback to make sure that everything is progressing as your expect. It’s your quilt and we want you to be happy with the results.

  • 4. We need your items and your deposit

    If you are mailing your treasures, tape the box securely and include your deposit. Be sure to include our complete address with Suite E. Let us know when to expect your treasures. We'll get in touch to confirm your requirements and direction. If you are in our area just call 678-324-8084 or visit the contact page to schedule an appointment. We want the best for you. Relax. Once we have everything, we'll take it from there and update you on the progress along the way.

    We source top quality materials. We are looking for the best for you, not the cheapest. Customers come to us for a "real" quilt made to their requirements that will last a long time. We do everything and will provide the best for you from personal service through to color selections and any special touches you may need for your finished work of art. You don't take shortcuts, why should we. Expect the best.
