2. Assessment- we start by listening closely and doing a thorough assessment of what your vision is. Once crystal clear, we then manage that throughout 20 checkpoints along the way. This includes a “final pause” or in surgery it’s also called a timeout. It’s a brief break to reflect before a major event such as cutting takes place. We want to make sure everything is in order every step of the way throughout the creation of your quilt.
3. Choices – We’ll lead you through all of the decision making from overall style down to the thread. The details matter. Consider there are no limits in our need to satisfy your wishes.
4. Versatility – Our quilts are reversible. The front can be the back and the back can be the front. You may want to change the look of your room, and it’s as easy as just turning your quilt over to the other side.
5. Variety – We make many types of quilts such as Remember Me quilts, double-sided quilts; quilts made entirely from clothes – if you have had someone pass bring the clothes of your loved one and we’ll make something special from their clothes to remember them by. Bring us a picture if you’ve seen something you like.
6. Design – We create a pattern for every single quilt. Each one is unique. Like art!
7. Details – For instance, all of our bindings are hand sewn. The binding is the outermost edge of the quilt. We could do them by machine, but hand bindings allow us to create an invisible finish that provides a very polished look and professional appearance.

9. Technology – We make an ongoing investment in technology — Software, hardware, and specialized equipment — to help achieve top notch results. We own our computerized long arm and therefore have maximum control over a real important step—the quilting. Quilting is what makes a quilt a quilt.
