Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Just T-Shirt Quilts, LLC.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom-made and personalized. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded
once production has begun.

Customer-Provided Materials

Garments and fabrics will be cut and permanently altered. Variations due to fabric condition,
wear, or age do not constitute defects.

Defects or Errors

If your product arrives with a defect caused by us, contact us within 7 days of delivery
at kyle@justtshirtquilts.com.

Approved remedies may include repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom-made products
• Orders already in production
• Normal handmade or fabric variations
• Damage caused by improper care

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sentimental Value

Refunds cannot be based on emotional or sentimental value. Liability is limited to the amount paid.
