• Make sure your shirts have been washed at least once, even if they are brand new.
  • Let us know which side of each shirt you’d like included. Safety pin the side or specific part we should use.
For example, a safety pin on a pocket means to include that pocket. If a shirt has no safety pins on the front
or back, we will ignore those areas and they will not be included in the design.

  • You may lay your shirts out on the floor if you’d like them in a particular order. We prefer that you do not cut the shirts first.
If you want to include both sides of a shirt in a picture, lay out one side and include a note describing the
reverse side. Upload or include a photo similar to the example with your shipment.  For Masonry be sure to let us know if you have a target size for your quilt. We’ll measure the shirts to get the best fit.  As all of the shirts are cut different sizes for Masonry, we’ll get as close to your desired arrangement and size as possible, but know that exact placement like in your picture is not guaranteed.
  • A photo is optional.  If you prefer, leave the layout up to us. We will balance for color while considering any additional requests you may have.
  • We will create a design mockup; and, once it is completed, we’ll share it with you for your approval and/or changes .
  • For on-line orders,  to hopefully lighten your load a little, we’ll pay shipping to get your items to us. Use a heavy duty shipping bag or a box and securely package the items for your quilt. Weigh the package, email us the weight and dimensions and we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label. The address needs to match that on your order. If you have to buy a box, and you email a receipt for that, we’ll deduct it from the cost of your quilt. We look forward to working with you and will contact you once we receive your items.
